Our process
No black boxes. We walk sites, document constraints, install to a standard, then commission and train so the handoff is boring—in the best way.
Discover & design
Walk the property, review operations, and agree on outcomes: coverage, access paths, compliance touchpoints, and how you want to interact with the system daily.
Path & infrastructure
Conduit, cable hierarchy, IDF/MDF discipline, and power planning—especially outdoors and across outbuildings.
Install & integrate
Mount, terminate, dress, and label. Security, surveillance, and access share a coherent backbone—not a pile of one-off Wi-Fi gadgets.
Commission & train
Test every edge case we can provoke, tune notifications, hand over documentation, and train your team or household on day-two operations.
What you receive at closeout
- Panel and device schedules aligned with field labels
- Credential and user-admin basics (who can add/revoke access)
- Viewer and app orientation without fear-mongering
- Clear path for service visits and future expansion
Inside each phase
Discover includes photos, constraint notes, and agreed outcomes—not a generic camera count. Infrastructure covers pathway, grounding, and IDF/MDF touchpoints. Install means torque, dress, and test at the jack—not “it lights up.” Commission is notifications, modes, and edge cases rehearsed with your team until the system feels obvious.
Change orders happen when sites change; we document why and what moved so your as-built stays honest.
